Last updated: 12 August 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern use of the LV Typing website, typing-learning tools, exam-simulation features, student accounts and related content.
1. Educational purpose
LV Typing is an independent educational and practice platform. It provides typing-learning material, practice passages, exam-rule summaries and simulations intended to help candidates prepare for typing-based recruitment stages.
2. No government affiliation
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, LV Typing is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by UP Police, UPSSSC, Allahabad High Court or any other recruiting authority. Examination names are used to identify the recruitment for which a practice profile is intended.
3. Official instructions take priority
Recruiting bodies can change typing rules, dates, durations, keyboard requirements, eligibility conditions, qualifying standards and evaluation methods. The latest official notification, admit-card instruction or examination instruction issued by the recruiting authority always takes priority over information on LV Typing.
4. Practice results are not official results
Scores shown by LV Typing are practice or simulation calculations. A label such as qualified, completed or target achieved does not mean that a candidate has passed any official recruitment examination. Actual examination software may calculate errors, words, key depressions or qualification differently.
5. Exam-like interfaces
Some practice modes intentionally resemble the structure of a real typing examination so students can become familiar with the workflow. Such an interface is a practice reconstruction and should not be represented as official software supplied by the recruiting authority unless that is factually established.
6. Student accounts
You are responsible for information submitted when creating an account and for protecting your login credentials. You must not attempt to access another user’s account, interfere with authentication or exploit the website. We may restrict or remove an account used for abuse, automated attacks, unlawful activity or serious disruption of the service.
7. Acceptable use
You may use LV Typing for personal learning, teaching support and lawful examination preparation. You must not intentionally damage the site, bypass security, overload services, upload malicious material, scrape private account data, misrepresent practice results as official results or use the website to violate another person’s rights.
8. Original content and intellectual property
Website code, interface design, branding, original explanatory material and original practice passages may be protected by copyright or other intellectual-property rights. You may use the website normally for study and teaching. Commercial copying, mass redistribution, unauthorised resale or republishing of substantial original content is not permitted unless permission or a legal exception applies.
9. Third-party material and links
LV Typing may refer to recruitment bodies, official PDFs, external websites, keyboard layouts or third-party services. Rights in third-party names and materials remain with their respective owners. External links are provided for convenience or source verification; LV Typing does not control those websites.
10. Premium and payments
When Premium checkout is enabled, the selected plan price, discount, validity and included benefits are shown before purchase. Premium activates only after a verified successful payment or a valid 100% coupon activation. Plan validity is measured to the stored expiry timestamp. A Premium account may have one active login session at a time; signing in on another device can invalidate the earlier Premium session. Coupons are subject to their plan scope, expiry and usage rules, and the same coupon cannot be redeemed more than once by the same student for the same plan. Refund and cancellation matters are handled under the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
11. Advertising
Free informational or practice pages may display advertising when advertising is enabled. The focused live exam workspace is designed to remain distraction-minimised. Premium plans may offer an ad-free experience if that benefit is included in the plan displayed at the time of purchase.
12. Service availability
We work to keep the website available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Hosting failures, browser limitations, updates, maintenance, security incidents or third-party service problems can temporarily affect availability. Do not rely on the website as your only copy of important personal study data.
13. Accuracy and corrections
Reasonable care is taken when configuring exam profiles, but errors can occur. If you find a possible rule or interface error, use the Contact page and include enough information for the issue to be checked. We may correct or update content without individual notice.
14. Limitation of educational reliance
LV Typing can support preparation but cannot guarantee selection, qualification, a particular typing speed, an official score or similarity with every future version of examination software. Your result depends on your preparation and the official examination conditions.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as new services such as stored performance history, paid plans or additional account features are added. Continued use after an updated version is published means the current terms apply to subsequent use.
