These Terms & Conditions govern the use of LV Typing, including student accounts, typing practice, exam-style practice features, Premium access, Razorpay-based payments, Live Cutoff Predictor, affiliate/referral activity and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LV Typing, creating an account, purchasing Premium access, using the Live Cutoff Predictor or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or the relevant service.
2. About LV Typing
LV Typing is an independent educational typing-learning and government-exam practice platform. It is not a government website, recruiting authority, appointment authority or official examination operator unless a specific page expressly states a verified official relationship.
LV Typing may provide educational content, typing practice, exam-style practice tools, result explanations, Live Cutoff Predictor estimates, Premium access and related support services.
3. Official Sources and Educational Purpose
LV Typing is intended to support practice, learning and educational understanding. Recruitment authorities, official notifications, admit cards, instructions, answer keys, result notices and official rules always take priority over any explanatory or practice-oriented content published on LV Typing.
Where LV Typing labels a rule/profile as official or verified, that label is intended to reflect the best currently available source evidence. Other profiles or settings may be practice-oriented and may not represent a confirmed official evaluator.
4. Eligibility and Younger Users
The website is intended for students and other users who wish to learn typing or prepare for examinations. A person who is not legally able to create an account, provide consent or make a purchase independently should use the relevant service with the involvement or consent of a parent or lawful guardian where required by applicable law.
Premium purchases, payment decisions and legally significant requests should be made only by a user who is legally permitted to do so or by the relevant parent/guardian.
5. Student Accounts and Account Security
Some features require an LV Typing account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and using the account lawfully.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
LV Typing may send account-verification, password-recovery, payment-related, Premium-related, security or service-related communications where required to operate the service.
LV Typing may suspend or restrict an account if misuse, impersonation, non-payment, security risk, automation abuse, policy violation or other harmful activity is reasonably suspected.
6. Typing Practice, Exam-Style Practice and Results
LV Typing provides typing practice and, in some cases, exam-style practice environments. Result screens, WPM, accuracy, mistakes, qualification flags and similar outputs are practice or educational outputs generated according to the applicable website configuration.
Website-generated typing results are not official recruitment results, do not guarantee qualification or selection and should not be treated as binding on any recruiting authority.
Different devices, browsers, input methods, fonts, operating systems, network conditions or user behaviours may affect the experience or output.
7. Live Cutoff Predictor
LV Typing may provide a Live Cutoff Predictor or similar estimate-based tool. The predictor uses user-submitted or owner-managed data such as category, score, difficulty, vacancy or recruitment context to generate indicative ranges, trends or estimates.
Any predictor output is an educational estimate only. It is not an official cutoff, official merit list, official result, legal entitlement or selection guarantee.
Estimated ranges may change when additional responses, corrected recruitment data, moderation steps or owner-reviewed adjustments are applied.
Confidence labels or similar indicators describe internal confidence or data quality context and do not mean a selection probability or guarantee.
Users must not knowingly submit false, manipulated, automated, duplicate or misleading predictor data. LV Typing may hold, ignore, flag or remove suspicious responses and may restrict access where abuse is detected.
8. Premium Access
LV Typing may offer paid Premium access that unlocks additional features, practice content, convenience features or other benefits described on the relevant sales page.
Premium access improves access to eligible LV Typing features but does not change official recruitment rules, guarantee a score, guarantee selection or convert practice outputs into official results.
Unless a checkout page or plan page expressly states otherwise, Premium access is sold as a time-limited digital access entitlement and not as an automatically renewing subscription.
Where plan labels such as monthly, quarterly or yearly are used, they refer to the access duration or plan style and should not be read as an undisclosed auto-renewal promise unless auto-renewal is expressly disclosed at checkout.
9. One Active Premium Session
LV Typing may enforce a single-active-session rule for Premium access. If the same Premium account signs in on another device or computer, LV Typing may allow the new session and invalidate or log out the previous active Premium session.
This restriction is intended to protect Premium access from misuse. Sequential use by the same genuine user on different devices may still be allowed subject to the website's technical and security controls.
10. Payments, Razorpay Checkout and Contact Details
Premium payments may be processed through Razorpay or another configured payment provider.
A user may be asked to provide transaction contact details, such as email address and mobile number, within the payment-provider checkout flow. For example, Razorpay checkout may request a mobile number and email address during payment.
Payment processing, secret payment credentials and checkout-interface handling are governed in part by the payment provider's own terms, systems and privacy practices.
LV Typing does not intentionally store card PINs, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords in its ordinary records.

11. Coupons, Discounts and Offers
LV Typing may provide coupons, discounts, temporary offers or promotional pricing. Such offers are subject to their stated conditions, eligibility limits, validity period, anti-abuse checks and technical availability.
LV Typing may refuse, cancel or reverse a discount or offer where abuse, unauthorised sharing, duplicate use, fraud, technical error or violation of offer conditions is reasonably detected.
12. Refunds and Billing Issues
Refund, cancellation and billing issues are governed by the LV Typing Refund & Cancellation Policy together with any applicable law.
If a payment problem, reversal, fraud concern or duplicate transaction issue occurs, LV Typing may reasonably investigate the issue before granting, restoring or restricting access.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or waive any consumer protection or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- sharing, reselling or commercially redistributing Premium access without authorisation;
- bypassing payment, session or access controls;
- using automation, bots, scraping or other extraction methods except where expressly permitted by law or by LV Typing;
- submitting false, abusive, infringing, defamatory or unlawful content;
- attempting to interfere with website security, payment flow, predictor quality, account integrity or service availability;
- using the website in a way that could harm other users, the platform or third parties; and
- infringing the intellectual-property rights or privacy rights of LV Typing or others.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, LV Typing content, design, educational material, software components, databases, branding elements and other original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for your personal educational or other lawful permitted purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected content or functionality beyond what applicable law permits without permission.
15. Third-Party Names, Logos and Trademarks
Recruitment names, authority names, brand names, payment-provider names, logos, trademarks or service marks appearing on LV Typing belong to their respective owners unless clearly identified otherwise.
Their appearance is generally for identification, explanation, compatibility, navigation or reference purposes and does not by itself imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.
16. Affiliate and Referral Programme
LV Typing may operate an affiliate, creator or referral programme. Referral links, campaign tracking or attribution mechanisms may be used in connection with Premium purchases or related activity.
Affiliate or referral relationships do not turn LV Typing into a government-endorsed service and do not change the independent educational character of the platform.
Where affiliate/referral tracking is used, it remains subject to the website's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
17. External Links and Third-Party Services
LV Typing may link to or integrate with external websites or services, including payment providers, official authority websites, Google services, social platforms or other third-party tools.
LV Typing is not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of external services that it does not control.
18. Service Availability and Changes
LV Typing aims to keep the service available and useful, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may change, be improved, be limited or be withdrawn where reasonably necessary for technical, legal, educational, commercial or security reasons.
Planned or unplanned downtime, device limitations, browser issues, hosting issues, external-service failures or maintenance events may affect access.
Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting user-facing service behaviour should be reflected in the current public policies or plan descriptions.
19. Account Suspension, Termination and Deletion Effect
LV Typing may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account or feature where misuse, fraud, non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct or serious policy violation is reasonably detected.
A user may stop using the website or request eligible account deletion subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable record-retention requirements.
If an account is deleted, suspended or becomes inaccessible, some or all related progress history, saved settings, Premium access or access to certain features may be affected. Refund consequences, where relevant, remain subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

21. No Guarantee of Exam Outcome or Employment
LV Typing does not guarantee any exam result, typing qualification, merit position, document-verification outcome, appointment, employment result or recruitment success.
Students should use official recruitment websites and notifications for final decisions and deadlines.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LV Typing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or reliance-based loss arising from use of the website, reliance on practice outputs, unofficial typing expectations, predictor estimates, downtime, third-party-service issues or unofficial user assumptions.
This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any rights or liabilities that applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law preserves.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a user from pursuing any remedy or forum that applicable mandatory law makes available.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted.
25. Changes to These Terms
LV Typing may update these Terms when website features, payment arrangements, legal requirements, security systems, service models or other relevant circumstances change.
Material changes should be reflected in the currently published Terms.
Unless a legal, technical or security reason requires otherwise, changes to Terms should not normally be used to retroactively reduce a Premium entitlement period that a user has already validly purchased.
