Why LV Typing was built
Students preparing for typing-based recruitment often face two separate problems. The first is learning the keyboard itself: where the keys are, how to keep a steady rhythm, and how to reduce mistakes. The second is understanding the format of the recruitment they are targeting. A general typing test can help with speed, but it cannot automatically represent every government or court typing examination.
LV Typing was built around that difference. The public website first helps a student choose the right learning or practice route. The live typing workspace then focuses on the actual task: source passage, typing area, timer, speed, accuracy, mistakes and the rules attached to the selected practice or exam profile.
Three clear learning paths
These paths are deliberately kept separate. A beginner who is still searching for keys should not be pushed straight into an exam simulation. A student who already types comfortably may not need basic lessons and can move directly to timed practice. A candidate preparing for a specific recruitment can open the exam directory and check the profile before starting.
English and Hindi are handled as different workflows
English Touch Typing, Hindi Mangal/InScript and Hindi Kruti Dev/Remington are not treated as interchangeable labels. They use different key habits and, in the case of Hindi, different input workflows. The learning centre keeps these tracks separate so students can practise the method that matches their current skill and, where relevant, the method permitted by the recruitment.
The website does not assume that one Hindi layout is suitable for every examination. Students should always check the latest recruiting-authority instruction before relying on a particular keyboard method for the real test.
How exam profiles are presented
Exam-wise Practice uses separate profiles because typing requirements can differ by recruitment. Available information may include language, duration, target speed, Hindi input mode, Backspace behaviour, passage handling and evaluator settings. Where the evidence is strong enough, a profile can be marked as verified or official-rule based. Where the complete current rule is not established, the profile should remain a Practice Configuration or otherwise be clearly identified as practice-oriented.
What a result on LV Typing means
A typing result is training feedback. WPM shows pace, accuracy shows how closely the source was reproduced, and mistake information helps identify what to improve next. A single high WPM attempt should not be treated as a guarantee of exam performance. Longer tests can also reveal concentration and stamina issues that may not appear in a short attempt.
Where an exam profile uses a recruitment-specific evaluator, the website follows the configured profile logic. Where a rule is not officially verified, the result remains practice-oriented. LV Typing does not promise selection, qualification or the same score in an official examination.
Free access and Premium access
LV Typing keeps useful learning and practice available without requiring every visitor to purchase a plan. Premium is intended for students who need the additional practice volume and Premium-only features shown on the current Premium page. The plan page should always be checked before purchase because price, validity and included benefits can change.
Premium access is tied to the registered student account. Payment is handled through the configured payment provider and access is activated only after the applicable payment or coupon checks succeed. Premium students may also be subject to the one-active-session rule described in the Terms & Conditions.
How we approach exam-rule accuracy
Recruitment rules change, and the same organisation can use different typing requirements for different posts or years. For that reason, LV Typing does not treat an old notice or a third-party claim as permanently valid. Where possible, official notifications, skill-test instructions, result notices or other primary sources are preferred. If an official source cannot be traced or a rule remains incomplete, the public wording should reflect that uncertainty instead of presenting a guess as fact.
If you find a rule that appears outdated, send the recruitment name, post name and an official source link or document reference. That makes it easier to verify the issue before changing a student-facing profile.
What the website stores and what it does not ask for
Logged-in students may have account details, Premium status and eligible typing-result history associated with their account. The site may also use cookies or browser storage for login, security, preferences, analytics or advertising where configured. Payment credentials such as card PINs, CVV, UPI PINs and banking passwords are handled by the payment provider and should never be sent through LV Typing support.

Support, corrections and technical issues
Use the Contact page for account access, Premium activation, payment reconciliation, technical problems, broken pages, exam-rule corrections or content feedback. For a technical issue, include the page name, device/browser and what happened. For a payment issue, include the registered email and available order/payment reference. Never send passwords, OTPs, full card details, CVV or UPI PINs.

LV Typing is not a government website and is not a recruiting authority. Names such as UP Police, UPSSSC, SSC, RRB, High Court or other organisations may appear only to identify the examinations or recruitments for which students are practising. No affiliation should be assumed unless an official partnership is specifically announced.
LV Typing focuses on the typing stage; LV Classes supports the wider exam-preparation journey.
LV Typing is the practical typing platform within the LV Classes education ecosystem. It is used when a student needs keyboard learning, timed typing practice or a recruitment-oriented typing stage. LV Classes continues the broader preparation work through teaching, revision resources, important questions, mock-test support and course material.
