LV Typing is an independent educational typing-learning and practice platform. This Disclaimer explains the limits of exam-related information, practice profiles, typing results, Live Cutoff estimates, Premium services, external references, advertising and technical services provided through the website.
1. Independent Educational Platform – Not a Government Website
LV Typing is not operated by UP Police, UPSSSC, SSC, RRB, any High Court, any government department, recruitment board, examination body or other recruiting authority unless an official partnership is specifically announced by the relevant parties.
Recruitment names, authority names and examination or post names are used to identify the exams, organisations or posts for which students may be learning or practising. Their appearance on LV Typing does not by itself mean that LV Typing is endorsed, operated, sponsored or officially approved by that authority.
2. Official Notices, Results and Instructions Always Take Priority
Recruiting authorities may change typing speed, test duration, keyboard or input method, Hindi typing method, Backspace rules, software, evaluator, passage format, marking method, qualifying conditions, vacancies, reservation treatment, selection stages or other recruitment instructions.
The latest official notification, corrigendum, skill-test instruction, result, cutoff, answer key or other authoritative communication issued by the competent recruiting authority takes priority over any information, practice configuration, estimate, explanation, video, third-party claim or website content.
3. Verified Exam Profiles and Practice Configurations
LV Typing may label an exam profile as verified, official-rule based, practice-oriented or with another source-status label according to the evidence available for that profile.
A verified or official-rule label should be used only where suitable supporting evidence exists. Where a complete current rule, evaluator behaviour or test setup cannot be established, the profile may remain a Practice Configuration or otherwise disclose the limitation.
A Practice Configuration is intended to provide useful preparation. It is not a promise that the real examination will use exactly the same software, layout, scoring logic, evaluator, keyboard behaviour, passage or technical setup.
4. Typing Scores, Results and Qualification Indicators Are Practice Feedback
WPM, gross or net speed, accuracy, mistakes, error counts, pass/fail indicators, qualification messages, progress history and other results displayed on LV Typing are intended for learning and preparation unless a page expressly states otherwise.
They do not guarantee the same score in an official examination and do not guarantee qualification, document verification, final selection, appointment or any other recruitment outcome.
An official examination may use different hardware, software, passage content, evaluator rules, mistake treatment or administrative procedures.
5. Live Cutoff Predictor – Expected Ranges Are Not Official Cutoffs
The LV Live Cutoff Predictor may combine anonymous valid score responses with verified or available recruitment information such as vacancies, marking rules, stage information and historical or released official cutoff data.
Any value labelled Expected, predicted, live range or similar is an estimate based on the data available at that time. It is not an official cutoff, official result, official merit list or guarantee of selection.
Expected ranges may move as the response sample grows, data quality changes, duplicate or abuse checks are applied, category data improves, vacancies or attendance become clearer, official stage information is released or verified recruitment details are updated.
A confidence label describes the strength or quality of the available evidence supporting the displayed category/stage estimate. It does not represent an individual student's probability or guarantee of selection.
Written, DV and Final cutoffs may represent different recruitment stages and should not be treated as interchangeable. When the recruiting authority releases an official cutoff, result, corrigendum or normalisation rule, that official information takes priority immediately.
6. Educational Information, Accuracy and Time-Sensitive Content
LV Typing makes reasonable efforts to keep learning material, exam-source summaries, rule explanations and practice information useful and accurate. However, recruitment information can change and no website can guarantee that every item will remain complete, current or error-free at all times.
Students should verify time-sensitive information – especially eligibility, dates, vacancies, exam rules, cutoffs, results, document requirements and selection conditions – from the competent recruiting authority before relying on it for an important decision.
If a conflict exists between LV Typing content and a current official source, the official source should be followed.
7. Premium Access Does Not Change Exam Rules or Guarantee Results
LV Typing Premium provides digital access to the Premium features, practice volume and options shown for the selected plan at the time of purchase or activation.
Premium access does not create an easier evaluator, a different WPM formula, a different official typing rule, a guaranteed improvement in speed, a guaranteed exam score or a guaranteed selection outcome.
Where Free and Premium students use the same typing mode and exam profile, the underlying typing rules are intended to remain the same. The value of Premium is the additional access or features described on the live Premium page, not a different scoring standard.
8. Prices, Payments, Refunds and Consumer Rights
The current plan price, duration, discount, payable amount and included Premium benefits shown on the live Premium or checkout interface are the relevant details for that purchase. Payment processing may depend on Razorpay or another configured payment provider.
Billing errors, duplicate charges, successful payments without delivered access, refund requests and other payment issues are handled under the published Refund & Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
A change in an external examination, including postponement, cancellation, revised vacancies or changed recruitment rules, does not by itself mean that already delivered digital Premium access automatically becomes refundable.
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to remove or limit a consumer or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law provides a stronger right, the applicable legal requirement prevails.

9. Device, Browser, Keyboard and Software Differences
Keyboard hardware, browser behaviour, operating system, installed fonts, input method, Hindi keyboard layout, screen size, device performance, network conditions and other local settings can affect the typing experience.
The official examination may use different computers, keyboards, fonts, browsers, software, network conditions or security controls. A result or interface behaviour observed on LV Typing should therefore not be treated as a guarantee of identical behaviour at the examination centre.
10. Exam and Career Information – Student Responsibility
LV Typing provides educational tools, practice material and exam-related information to support preparation. It does not make official recruitment decisions, determine eligibility, issue admit cards, conduct official examinations, decide merit, issue appointments or control recruiting-authority timelines.
Students remain responsible for reading the latest official recruitment instructions, checking their own eligibility and documents, maintaining their preparation schedule and deciding how to use practice results or estimates.
Where an important decision involves legal rights, financial consequences or another matter requiring specialist advice, the student should use the appropriate official source or qualified professional rather than treating LV Typing as a substitute for professional advice.
11. Third-Party Names, Logos, Trademarks and References
Government authority names, recruitment names, examination names, service-provider names, trademarks, logos or other third-party marks may appear for identification, reference, source attribution, payment, sign-in, advertising or other legitimate website purposes.
Unless expressly stated, ownership of third-party names, logos and marks remains with the respective owner. Their appearance does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or official approval of LV Typing.
12. External Links and Third-Party Services
LV Typing may link to official notices, recruiting-authority websites, social platforms, payment providers, Google services or other external resources. External links are provided for convenience, source reference or access to a third-party service.
LV Typing does not control every external website and cannot guarantee its continued availability, security, accuracy, content, privacy practices, terms or future changes. Users should review the relevant external service before providing information or completing a transaction there.
13. Service Availability, Maintenance and Technical Interruptions
LV Typing is maintained with the aim of keeping core learning, typing and account functionality available, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, hosting incidents, security events, browser or device limitations, Internet failures, DNS/CDN problems, email delays, payment-provider outages, third-party changes or other technical events may temporarily affect access or functionality.
Where a material paid-access problem is verified, the appropriate response is handled under the Premium, Terms and Refund policies and applicable law.
14. Advertising, Affiliate Referrals and Commercial Independence
Advertising may be displayed on eligible public pages to support website operations. The presence of an advertisement does not mean that LV Typing endorses the advertiser, product, service or claim shown in the advertisement.
LV Typing may also operate referral or affiliate arrangements. A referral or affiliate relationship does not make a recruiting authority, exam rule, typing score, official source conclusion or Cutoff Predictor estimate more or less valid.
Advertising and affiliate arrangements do not determine official examination rules, typing-result calculations or the status of an official source.
15. Corrections, Updates and Source Review
If you find a factual error, outdated exam rule, broken official-source link, incorrect profile status, payment information issue or technical problem, please report it with enough detail for the issue to be reviewed.
For exam-rule corrections, an official notice, authority-hosted document or other suitable primary source is especially helpful. LV Typing may correct, clarify or update content when better or newer evidence becomes available.
