Premium expands practice access; it does not change the typing rules or your score calculation.
The free learning and practice routes remain useful without a purchase. Premium is intended for students who want the additional practice volume and Premium-only options shown on the current plan page. Upgrading does not make a typing result easier, change an exam evaluator or alter the official rule attached to a recruitment profile.
When Free access may be enough
If you are still learning the keyboard, testing the platform or practising only occasionally, the free tools may be sufficient. Use them first and confirm that the English or Hindi workflow suits your preparation before paying for extra practice volume.
When Premium can be useful
Premium is more useful for students who practise frequently, want wider passage access, need Premium exam sets where enabled, or want the current Premium-only practice options without the free allowance limits shown on the site.
Check price, validity and included features before payment
Plans can differ in price and duration. The amount payable, discount, validity and included benefits shown at checkout are the details that matter for that purchase. A coupon only applies when it is valid for the selected plan and the website accepts it. A successful eligible payment or coupon activation is what should create the Premium entitlement on the registered account.
Premium access is tied to the student account
Use the same registered account when you return to the website. The current Premium system may enforce one active Premium session at a time, so signing in on another device can end the earlier active Premium session. This is an account-access rule, not a change to the student's stored typing results or plan duration.
Payment or activation problem?
Do not make repeated payments immediately if a transaction succeeded but Premium has not appeared. First check the registered email and the payment status, then contact support with the available order/payment reference. Never send a password, OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password. What Premium does not change
Premium does not create a different WPM formula, a separate accuracy rule or an easier evaluator. If a Free and Premium student use the same typing mode and the same exam profile, the underlying typing rules should remain the same. The value of Premium is access to the additional practice options and limits shown on the plan page, not a different scoring standard.
This distinction matters because a paid plan should not be treated as a shortcut around the typing skill itself. Use the extra access to practise more consistently, not to expect a different result calculation.
Use the account that owns the entitlement
Premium access belongs to the registered account on which the valid purchase or eligible activation was recorded. If you sign in with another email, the website may correctly show Free access on that other account. Before reporting a missing plan, confirm the registered email, plan status and expiry shown in your account.
If the system restricts Premium to one active session at a time, moving to another device can end the earlier session without cancelling the plan itself.
Use Premium as a structured practice plan
Start with the same principle used on Free practice: choose a language and purpose before opening more passages. Additional access is most useful when it helps you repeat a weak area, practise longer sessions, or use the relevant Premium exam/practice options consistently. Opening many different passages without reviewing mistakes can create more activity without creating better typing.
Keep a few comparable attempts each week. If speed improves while accuracy and mistake patterns stay controlled, continue. If accuracy drops, use the extra practice volume to repair the weak pattern rather than immediately increasing duration or difficulty.
Payment safety and support
Always complete payment through the checkout shown on LV Typing and verify the final amount before authorising it. Do not share OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password or account password with support. If you need help, send the registered email and the available order/payment reference to support@lvtyping.com or use the Contact page. A screenshot of the payment status can help, but it should not contain sensitive credentials.

Before choosing a plan
Check how often you actually practise, which Premium-only options you intend to use and how long you want access. The shortest or cheapest plan is not automatically the best choice, and a longer plan is not useful if the student does not expect to practise during most of that period. Read the price, validity and current included features on the live plan card before paying.
After activation
Sign in with the same registered account, confirm that Premium status and expiry appear correctly, and then use the extra access as part of the same learning routine: fix weak keys, repeat comparable passages and use exam profiles where relevant. If the status does not appear after a successful eligible payment, contact support before trying another payment.
Keep billing records until the plan is active and verified
After payment, keep the order or payment reference until the Premium status and expiry are visible on the correct account. If a browser closes during checkout, do not assume the payment failed or repeat the transaction immediately. First check the account and the payment status, then contact support if the entitlement is missing. This simple step reduces duplicate-payment problems and gives support the information needed to trace a genuine transaction.
